COIL'S MISSION
Our "circle of learning" - student, parent and advisory teacher - works together to develop a personalized plan that best enables the student to discover his or her unique learning style and mature into an independent, lifelong learner. Within this approach, students are provided with opportunities to grow through a variety of classes, activities, and field trips.

context for everything it does and how it does it.
"The staff knows what is important for their students and school, and the action plan serves as
their guide. Given their high level of integrity, focus on concerted independent action guided
by mission and action plans, and history of “staying the course”, the review committee is confident
that the Action Plan will continue to be refined and realized to the benefit of the students and
